I’m trying to start some good habits but I’m really struggling to stick with them. A lot of advice on how to form habits says repetition is key, but don’t give much detail on how to ensure I keep the habits in my life. Any tips?
I totally understand where you’re at! One of my biggest bad habits that I needed to change into a good habit, only really impacted me when I walked onto a stage to make a speech! As I realize that I need to change my habits and turn them into good habits, I like to try to remember them during my daily routine, kinda like checkpoints. Try associating the changing of habits with certain daily tasks. If you have difficulty remembering to do the said habit, set up reminders on your phone or ask a friend to remind you. My sister does a great job of reminding me to change my habits. I hope this helps!
