I’m trying to start some good habits but I’m really struggling to stick with them. A lot of advice on how to form habits says repetition is key, but don’t give much detail on how to ensure I keep the habits in my life. Any tips?
Make a certain time for the habits, like if you want to meditate go to bed earlier to give you time to do it. Set alarms daily or weekly to remind you to go do the habit. Most importantly make the habit something you will enjoy or reward yourself for doing it!!
