how can i fight my depression?
Depression is different for everyone, so fighting it is a different battle for everyone. I would first say go and get a diagnosis from a doctor if you haven't already, and they can refer you to people who can help. But if you're unable to do that, try to pick a moment at the end of your day and have an hour doing something you really enjoy. Whether it be just having a bath, or a hot chocolate, or reading. Have that time to relax, and look forward to, and vary it day to day, this will give you something to look forward to, and give you a reason to get out of bed. You could also try having a list of what you want to achieve for the day, even if it's just 'Have breakfast'. Start small, and make your way up. I hope you feel better soon x
