With valentines day coming up it is difficult to not feel alone or unloved, even more so when you're balancing the weight of mental health problems. It is important to keep in mind that loving yourself is a massive part of both feeling less alone and helping your mental wellbeing. In this article I have decided to list a few ways in which I have learnt to at least like who I am and try my very hardest to remain in a healthy mental state.
I hope you all learn to love yourselves! Remember you don't need someone else to love you before you do, even though it helps, it's not always in a romantic way, the love from your friends and those around you as well as yourself can make you feel just as incredible.
