A crystal grid is a collection of specific crystals that are set out in a specific geometric way so to invite and allow certain types of energy into your life in order to achieve a certain goal.
Crystal grids increase the crystals power and energy as they harmonise and work together to achieve a bigger goal. They can be used for simple goals such as sleeping better or something more difficult such as improving your physical health. I use crystal grids in order to improve my mental health. I do this by picking specific crystals that relate to mental health and positivity such as Rose quarts, Citrine and Clear quarts and setting them out in a grid. I place the Clear Quarts in the middle, Citrine crystals in a circle around the Clear Quarts and then three Rose Quarts around all the crystals. Creating the set up of a Crystal Grid is very easy and takes very little time. You can make your own in minutes as long as you know your crystals and they have been cleansed. If you wish to create your own there are s few things that I recommend you follow to get the best results. The first thing you should do is to decide on your purpose for the grid. This will help you to connect with and charge your crystals better as well as helping you to focus on that specific goal you wish to achieve. The second thing you should do is to find a safe and secure location to create your grid where it will not be disturbed, such as a windowsill or on a shelf. I recommend you cleanse this space before placing your grid there in order to get rid of any negative energy that may interfere with you grid. Make the area pleasing. Decorate the space how you like, you could add candles or just leave it bare. Just make sure you are happy with it. The third thing you should do is take your chosen crystals and place them in a geometric pattern. (*See the examples below for ideas). The last thing I recommend is meditating with your grid and visualising what you wish to achieve. This will increase the crystals energies and will help you to stay motivated to achieve your goals. Practice makes perfect, so keep trying new grids and learning as you go. Write down what works well and what doesn't. -Naomi
