It's definitely easy to just completely ignore all responsibilities. (Ironically I procrastinated this article whoops) Exams and school gets stressful and sometimes just too much to deal with. They're changing education systems to make them tougher and meaner on the students of the future. Sometimes the 'break' just becomes too long and kinda-sorta screws up your grades. I know the feel.
It's all about motivation! It's not easy to be motivated but it is really simple to TRY. Steps to stop procrastinating: 1. Before doing the task at hand, stick your earphones in and listen to your favourite energetic song. If you can't listen to music while doing the task, sing it to yourself in your head and get that energy flowing! 2. If it's important, make a list of the reasons it's important and read over it a few times before attempting the task at hand. 3. If it's a long task, split the task into sections that you can do over the course of a week or so ( or however long you have ) and timetable yourself rewards or rest breaks do you don't dread the ongoing hell of whatever you have to do! 4. Try! I know it sounds stupid but if you try you might get into the swing of things and finish in no time, it's worth a try! Mi ❣
